💖Please note all glass cups are handmade and no two will be exactly identical. Glitter may settle. Shake like a snowglobe to mix again.
💖SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES💖
▪️Please allow 3-7 business days for production of your tumbler. After production has been completed, your tumbler will then be shipped to you, which is estimated to arrive to you in 2-7 business days, and includes tracking.
▪️Weekends and Holidays are not factored into the production or shipping time frames. SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEED and may be delayed around back to school time and during the holidays.
💖REFUNDS & RETURNS💖
▪️All tumblers are made-to-order, and I don’t carry inventory in-house, I am unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
▪️If your tumbler arrives damaged or comes with a defect, please contact me, along with pictures of the damage/defect, and I’ll be more than happy to assist you.
